Join us and be a key player in our journey of innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities Advise managers on offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation challenges. Conduct market data surveys and benchmarking reviews. Manage the annual salary review process. Train leadership on compensation processes. Oversee the strategic direction of global benefits programs. Implement enhancements to benefits offerings to meet employee and organizational needs. Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate governance. Lead and supervise the total rewards team through effective coaching and performance management. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and talent management. Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in total rewards strategies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems. Certification in compensation (CCP) or benefits (CEBS) is a plus.Come help us write the next chapter of the HME story. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
