The GTM lead ensures alignment across product, marketing, solution management and other relevant groups. The applicant will take lead in enabling internal and external stakeholders on the Sales Cloud portfolio and provide expert deal support and advisory services. The ideal candidate will be a story teller who can sell the value of the end-to-end C/4HANA story and show how the Sales Cloud portfolio fits into the larger SAP CX message. ResponsibilitiesRepresent SAP Sales Cloud as a solution expert, providing internal and external deal support Develop and execute GTM activities and provide alignment across multiple, global stakeholders. This includes driving regular cadence of meetings with cross-functional teams to review performance against financial and operational metrics and progress on key initiativesCreate and deliver on business initiatives and strategic field programs. Conduct and present analysis to inform decision-making during execution planning and course correction throughout the execution processOptimize the Sales Cloud message with marketing, customers and the field to ensure relevance and consistency Subject matter expert on current B2B and B2C sales trends, new technologies and techniques. A thought leader on these topics.Strong program management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to articulate SAP CX products in terms of customer value and impact on their business, employees and customersSingle-minded execution focus. Background in setting goals and assigning metrics to determine how, when goals are achieved. Make high-quality decisions and take decisive actionRequirements A successful applicant is relentlessly focused on execution. In addition, the individual either has or can quickly build strong cross-functional relationships with business units and functional stakeholders and will thrive on using these relationships to build and maintain GTM execution alignment among stakeholders with diverse interests.MS/BA Required, MBA preferredStrong background and solid background in go-to-marketMinimum of 5-7 yrs of increasing product management, solution management, or product strategy Sales background: sales strategy, sales operations, account planning, and field coverageGTM background: Ability with direct sales; partners/channel; customer support; professional services; and/or field & partner enablement.Strategic planning and analytical abilities. Able to develop GTM strategy, find and use data and analysis effectively to assist in fact-based decision makingStrong Sales/SaaS cloud application product knowledge and understanding of sales-based strategies and competitive landscape. Able to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests. Able to maintain and strengthen relationships in times of stress and to provide leadership in mediating conflicts and guiding teams to the best outcome for the business. Highly collaborative.Strong oral and written correspondence abilities both in planned settings (e.g. team meetings, events, customer engagements) and unplanned settings (e.g. ad hoc issue solving).
