Director Provider CommunicationsThe Director Provider Communications is accountable for leading the Enterprise Provider Communications team in successful strategy, management, production, and execution of all external provider communications supporting the provider contractual relationships for one or more lines of business including, but not limited to, Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, ANA, and FEP.How you will make an impact: * Develops tactical planning to support and align with enterprise goals. * Anticipates changing needs from key enterprise initiatives and key business partners. * Oversees issues management and crisis communications response functions to critical provider abrasion issues, legal interactions, and/or regulatory inquiries. * Develops and executes new technology and innovative electronic communication strategies/capabilities that enhance provider communication process and efficiencies, delivering higher quality and progressive notification mechanisms to the external provider audience. * Point-of-contact for regulatory and compliance in the review and oversite of State specific communication and directory requirements. * Engages new email strategies and attribute expansion to improve efficiencies & provider experience with electronic notifications for all lines of business. * Oversees issues management and crisis communications response functions to critical provider abrasion issues, legal interactions, and/or regulatory inquiries. * Responsible for the development and execution of all Medicare Advantage and Medicaid provider marketing, business development, implementations, training, and orientation and welcome kit collateral.Minimum Qualifications: * Requires BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in provider networks, leadership, enterprise communications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: * Strongly preferred Master's degree. * Knowledge of Medicaid communication guidelines preferred.Please be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
