Description:
Director of Visitor Experience and Business Operations Fleet Science Center The Director of Visitor Experience and Business Operations oversees our earned revenue operations including Ticketing, the Craveology Caf--, the North Star Science Store and our Special Events Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision for increasing attendance and sales while enhancing guest satisfaction and will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This individual leads interdepartmental teams tasked with creating innovative programs and offerings that bring new audiences to the Science Center. As a member of the Senior Leadership team the Director of Visitor Experience & Business Operations works collaboratively with Fleet leadership across the organization to ensure the organization continues to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Annual salary range: $95,000 to $105,000 - #J-18808-Ljbffr
