A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives to drive the execution of corporate strategy through leadership of the OKR program and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the OKR management process and ensure tracking of progress toward objectives Partner with executives to define and manage strategic initiatives, including goals and timelines Provide regular updates on strategic initiatives and proactively address risks to completion Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in a corporate environment Successful experience leading executive-level strategic projects and initiatives Experience designing effective processes and structures for project management Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
