Director of Strategic Accounts Our client, a leading producer of precision aerospace components, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Strategic Accounts. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for the aerospace industry and a proven ability to drive business growth. The Director of Strategic Accounts will spearhead the company’s sales efforts, focusing on customer engagement and expanding both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams. Drive sales growth by managing key accounts and developing new business. Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term strategies and business plans. Provide analysis on budgets and financial trends to support company goals. Represent the company with a strong business presence in international markets. Qualifications: 10+ years of aerospace sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related technical field. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing and developing sales teams.
