Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a remote sales team focused on both inbound and outbound strategies Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the small group market Analyze sales metrics to drive performance and provide deal support to account executives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred At least 5 years of leadership experience in inside sales within the health information technology sector Proven track record in managing hybrid inbound and outbound sales teams In-depth understanding of the small group healthcare market Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
