As Liberty Sheds continues to grow, we are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to add to their well-crafted team.This key, hands-on executive opportunity is best suited for those with a knack for creating relationships and creating effective sales/marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments, while managing, supporting and holding others accountable. Our industry is unique and we hope to add an equally unique team member!The ideal candidate must demonstrate: Strong customer focus and exceptional skill at cultivating long-term relationships with customers and colleagues, An ability to organize, motivate and affect the actions of others to get results, An ability to create and execute a successful sales plan and attain goals despite obstacles Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills with an ability to think outside the box, An ease with which to switch gears and strong planning, organization and self-management skills to balance workload, and conflicting priorities and understand what is necessary to accomplish the work, and An efficiency with resources, and passion toward profitability.
