A company is looking for a Director of Risk and Fraud to lead their fraud and payments risk program. Key Responsibilities Define and operationalize the fraud and payments risk strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop and implement fraud detection rules and strategies to enhance accuracy and scalability Establish and maintain relationships with key fraud and risk management vendors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in risk management are a plus 8+ years of experience in risk management or fraud prevention, ideally in a tech company Strong knowledge of fraud detection tools and payment processing technologies Familiarity with financial services regulatory environments and compliance frameworks Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party relationships
