A company is looking for a Director of Research & Policy to lead and execute research projects focused on financial behavior and health. Key Responsibilities Independently lead research projects and supervise team members Write research reports and present findings to diverse audiences Develop research and policy strategy, and assist with grant proposals Required Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field involving research and statistics Three or more years of experience in managing applied research projects Ability to plan research and produce insights related to public policy Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics Familiarity with qualitative research methods
