Position: Director of Rehabilitation Company Overview:Platinum TherapEASE Staffing is a leading provider of rehabilitation staffing services for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the country. With a focus on quality care and patient outcomes, our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence.Job Description:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced therapist (PT, OT, SLP, COTA, or PTA) to join our team as a Director of Rehabilitation for a 90 bed SNF. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the rehabilitation department, as well as providing direct patient care.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions and needs- Evaluate patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for patients- Provide hands-on therapy services to patients as needed- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services- Train and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality care and professional development- Participate in facility meetings and provide reports on department performance and patient outcomes- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plansQualifications:- Current state license to practice as a PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a therapist- Previous experience in a management or leadership role preferred- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in electronic medical record systems- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screeningBenefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and holidays- Continuing education opportunities- Supportive and collaborative work environmentIf you are a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Platinum TherapEASE Staffing.
