With a passion for Personal Training this person should be eager to help members find a happier and healthier life. Responsibilities include the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new trainers. A large part of this role is helping new trainers build their book of businesses, including the marketing, scheduling, and selling of packages. In addition to supporting new trainers this role also includes managing upcoming fitness challenges from the marketing, enrollment, and execution. This full time role also includes servicing personal training sessions for members as a trainer. The person should be a great leader with excellent communication skills and a vibrant desire to build community. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum of 5 years in the Personal Training field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Weekend availability, this role requires working one full day a weekend.
