A company is looking for a Director of Patient Access Service Operations to oversee revenue cycle processes and patient financial services across multiple clinic locations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate documentation and processing of services Lead and direct registration, admitting, and patient financial services functions and staff Monitor revenue cycle issues and coordinate resources to resolve them while identifying opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in finance, management, or a related field 5-7 years of operational experience in physician practice management Strong knowledge of financial processes and reporting Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software CHAM Certification is preferred
