Description:
Position includes, but is not limited to, directing and overseeing all operations within a lean manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates must have 10 plus years experience in operations management and progressive manufacturing management, preferably in a process oriented operation. This position would be responsible for overseeing and developing management of manufacturing, quality control, shipping/receiving and maintenance for two locations.Candidates must be excellent communicators, highly organized have practical experience in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools and processes. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
