Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal standards. Scheduling: Orchestrating effective schedules for caregivers and clients alike. Customer Service: Prioritizing exceptional service for our valued clients. Employee Engagement: Fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Marketing: Contributing to our outreach efforts within the community. Admin Tasks: Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.Director of Operations Key Tasks Include: Choreographing organized employee schedules. Assisting with payroll and compliance. Facilitating outreach activities in and around the community.
