MyHealth Urgent Care is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations and HR to join our team and help drive operational efficiency while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Director of Operations and Human Resources will oversee the daily operations of the organization and manage all aspects of HR. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and supporting out TEAM to achieve their full potential. Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee day-to -day operations, including facilities management and vendor relations Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success Human Resources: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards Oversee performance management and professional development initiatives Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Experience in operations and human resources Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Benefits: Health Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off
