Cascades Healthcare is a Utah based owner/operator of skilled nursing facilities in Idaho, Utah, and Texas. We recently created a Director of Nursing Training program, where RN's obtain on-site, classroom, and clinical training in preparation to become a Director of Nursing in one of our skilled nursing facilities. The program is roughly six months in length, full-time. Your training will be provided at one of our skilled nursing facilities in the Twin Falls area. Upon completion of the training, you may be offered a Director of Nursing position at one of our Idaho, Utah, or Texas locations. You will receive competitive nursing pay during the program. An experienced DON has the opportunity to make a strong six-figure income. Prior nursing home experience is preferred, but regardless of your nursing background, if you are teachable, possess natural leadership skills, and aspire to become an outstanding SNF nurse manager, we would love to hear from you!
