Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, enhancing our brand recognition and driving and expanding our reach across print, digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, and brand development. You will be responsible for driving engagement across our digital platforms, ensuring our messaging aligns with our brand guide, values, and vision. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters, ensuring all content aligns with Mavacys brand guide and vision. Social Media Management: Create and schedule static posts across our social media channels, maintaining consistent and on-brand messaging. Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics and visuals that reflect our brand identity and support our marketing efforts. Website Management: Regularly post articles and updates on our website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and consistent with our brand. Campaign Development: Collaborate on marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with the overall vision of Mavacy. Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with Mavacys brand guide and core values. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align marketing efforts with business goals and the firm's vision. Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong content creation and graphic design skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools. Experience with website management and content posting (e.g., WordPress). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
