Position Overview: In this leadership role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing on the development and execution of the strategic marketing plans and overall brand management of the company. The Marketing Director will oversee the integration of traditional & digital advertising, direct mail, social media, public relations, and brand marketing to drive guest traffic and revenue in both the gaming and food & beverage departments at Playground. Manage and support web marketing strategies as well as guide enhancements to all Playground associated domains, to improve visual appeal, functionality and web performance metrics. Collaborates with the VP of Marketing to develop marketing campaigns, help determine segmentation strategies and campaign frequency while also spearheading the development of new ideas that leverage our occupancy, databases, brands and partnerships. Responsible for preparing, monitoring and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives. Reports budget concerns / deviations to VP of Marketing and Director of Finance. Negotiates with print, radio and television and advertising agencies for appropriate advertising contracts Provides training, interviews for hire, prepares schedules and conducts performance evaluations Provide direction for player.
