A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead customer experience strategies across their product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Map customer journeys and collaborate on program strategies for effective customer engagement Design and implement multi-channel lifecycle programs to enhance onboarding, product usage, and customer loyalty Build relationships with customers and advocates to foster loyalty and advocacy Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related roles, preferably in education technology or SaaS Proven track record in developing successful lifecycle marketing strategies Strong analytical skills to leverage data for informed decision-making Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric values and improving customer satisfaction
