A company is looking for a Director, International and Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting teams across APAC, EMEA & LATAM and lead cross-functional initiatives Oversee local statutory and group audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion Lead accounting research for technical issues and provide guidance on new accounting standards Required Qualifications and Education 15+ years of relevant practice and private industry experience in large global organizations Accountancy qualification (CPA/CA or equivalent) required Strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience managing global teams Software/SaaS industry experience preferred
