A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to facilitate HR processes and support leadership in designated client groups. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with executives and leaders to address HR processes and employee relations issues Lead change initiatives and strategic HR projects, including DEI&B initiatives Manage a team of HR Business Partners and oversee talent acquisition and performance management processes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years of people management Experience in a global environment across multiple time zones Strong initiative and results orientation with strategic thinking capabilities Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
