A company is looking for a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the GRC function, developing a comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance strategy Develop and maintain compliance programs and corporate governance policies to manage risks and ensure adherence to regulations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate compliance requirements into product development and IT systems Required Qualifications Experience in governance, risk, and compliance, particularly in cybersecurity and data privacy Experience working in a software company, especially in remote, cloud-based environments Experience managing audits and compliance reporting Strong project management and organizational skills Metrics-driven with the ability to develop meaningful risk-based operational dashboards
