A company is looking for a Director to manage a team focused on delivering high-quality client service in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space. Key Responsibilities Oversee client service delivery and ensure adherence to internal processes and standards Mentor and develop team members while managing client relationships and service issues Align team objectives with company goals and track performance against revenue targets Required Qualifications 12 - 15 years of experience serving alternative asset managers, preferably at a large fund administrator Extensive experience with accounting and investor portal software Direct experience with various venture capital and private equity investments Deep understanding of fund operations and US GAAP External auditor experience, CPA, or MBA is a plus
