Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business unit strategies to achieve financial and operational goals Manage and optimize the service offer portfolio, including launching new offers and growth investments Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Relevant experience in the food industry, particularly in the testing, inspection, and certification sector Experience in managing P&L and achieving revenue and profit targets Proven experience leading a global business or operation Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
