You are community minded with a passion for supporting social service sector, programs and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination financial and operational support for our organization and assist on all strategic and tactical matters in this complex financing structure, as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting financial and asset management needs. In this role, you will assist the Executive Director and the Senior Management Team in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Centre's mission and help carry out staff succession and growth plans. There is a heavy emphasis on financial reporting to meet the stringent requirements of contracts and on the finance function of program budgets. Your role will be to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability with our diverse program offerings, multi-faceted funding sources, and supervise the administration and financial.
