A company is looking for a Director of Ethical Hacking to lead their Ethical Hacking program and team. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver Ethical Hacking strategy, initiatives, and continuous improvements Lead and manage the performance and development of the Ethical Hacking team Communicate findings and risk recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience Minimum of ten years in Information Technology, with Penetration testing and Red Team experience Senior-level knowledge of penetration testing and red teaming tools Applicable certifications preferred (e.g., CRTO, OSCP, CISSP) Expert level knowledge of Ethical Hacking and security architectures
