Bridges Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Information Services $100k to $110k per year commensurate with experience Benefits for the positions include: Competitive pay commensurate with experience Medical and Dental with significant employer contribution to the premiums and HSA (if chosen as your plan) 403(b) with a generous employer contribution Employer-Paid Life Insurance Paid Vacation with 22 days to start, paid personal days, paid sick time, paid winter holiday break days, plus 11 paid holidays PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW Design, Plan, Develop, Coordinate, and Direct all Information Services in support of Bridges Healthcare and CommuniCare, Inc. clinical and administrative programs and operational activities inclusive of data management and analytics projects to enhance operations and support decision making. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and/or oversee all necessary tasks to assure continuation of data analytic development. Monitor operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements of data/voice infrastructure Manage department operational and strategic planning. Research and operationalize projects to enhance agency data management and analytics capacity. Assist senior leadership with data integrity maintenance and reporting Serve as the HIPAA Security Officer Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations Authorize and oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development and support of all hardware and software. Develop and implement information technology policies and procedures. Negotiate and manage vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements. Supervise, coach and provide guidance to supervisees. Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred; extensive related certifications and experience in lieu of degree will be considered Demonstrated IT leadership experience with a concentration in Healthcare IT. Demonstrated experience in information technology infrastructure; strategic planning and development; project management; and policy development. Demonstrated experience with data management and analytics Willing and able to work a flexible schedule. In-depth knowledge of networking and network configuration Knowledge of VoIP/Cloud telephony systems Understanding of SQL or Python Understanding of Data Governance Certification in HIPAA S ecurity in compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule and all applicable security laws Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills. Understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols and standards. In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to information technology and client confidentiality Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail. Ability to lift moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals. Bridges is STAR-LRP AND HRSA Approved, and some positions may be eligible for loan repayment through these programs.
