This position fosters a patient-first care environment and supports the mission and values of the Division of Nursing and Med Star Health. The DON oversees resource utilization, quality care standards, and the operational, personnel, and financial activities of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational goals.
