Direct Support Professional - Hourly Supported Community Living PART TIME Position: Part Time Schedules Available: 47 hours per pay period · Week 1: 1. Tuesday 11:00AM - 5:00PM 2. Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00PM 3. Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM 4. Saturday 9:00AM - 12:00PM · Week 2: 1. Tuesday 11:00AM - 5:00PM 2. Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00PM 3. Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM 22.5 hours per pay period · Week 1: 1. Monday 3:00PM - 5:00PM 2. Tuesday 2:45PM - 5:15 PM 3. Friday 2:30PM - 5:00PM · Week 2 1. Monday 3:00PM - 5:00PM 2. Tuesday 2:45PM - 5:15 PM 3. Saturday 9:00AM - 4:00Pm 4. Sunday 10:00AM - 2:00PM Wage: Starting at $17.75/hour About us: Hills and Dales is dedicated to building meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities. As a DSP-In Home you will meet with child or adult clients who have an intellectual disability wherever they live or meet you in the general Dubuque area. In this role, you would be inspiring personal growth, teaching self-care, and encouraging the development of social skills. Some tasks include, but are not limited supporting bathing, cleaning, cooking, and engaging clients in their daily plan goals. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
