We have a current opening for a Full Time Dining Room Supervisor who will be for managing dining staff, greeting residents and guests, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, filing company reports, ordering supplies, and making sure the dining area is clean and organized. Become part of our Tribute at Black Hill family Responsibilities Direct and manage all food and beverage staff for front of house operations Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience Assist in maintaining all departmental documentation according to State and Federal regulations Assist with menus and meal preparations, including family and department events and catering menus Assist in the maintenance of inventory control of food, alcohol, supplies and equipment Provide safe and comfortable work environments Monitor all food handling procedures Part of the Leader on Duty rotation for weekend and holiday coverage. Qualifications Associated Degree or comparable experience in Foods, Nutrition, Management or related field. Two years minimum of progressive management experience. Assist with financial goals through proper staffing and inventory control. Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel and Word. High degree of accuracy in all assignments with the ability to manage time effectively. Strength in initiative with good judgment while employing professional ethics.
