Dining Room Server Position at Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care Location: Lodi , CA Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care in Lodi, CA, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dining Room Server to provide an extraordinary dining experience for our residents and deliver exceptional service to our community. Competitive wages with opportunities for growth Training available for qualified candidates Full-time and part-time opportunities Benefits package for full-time employees Key Responsibilities: Provide an excellent front-of-house dining experience by serving, clearing, cleaning, and assisting residents with food selection and table service Deliver high-quality customer service to the community’s residents and guests Occasionally plate and/or taste food to ensure quality before it leaves the kitchen Deliver room service trays as needed Assist with special events to ensure a memorable experience for residents Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines Ensure residents' privacy, respect, and dignity during all interactions Adhere to infection control procedures and standard precautions Complete required state training upon hire and annually Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age of 18 Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) Must pass a State Criminal Background Check, LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement, and LIC 503 Health Screening Report Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care is an equal opportunity employer.
