Digital Product Manager DUTIES: Under supervision of the IT Director of Product Mgmt, perform the following job duties: Understand the product roadmap, strategy, and resolve individually prioritized problems; Partner with Solution Architects to determine the best path forward to realize the DPM's vision; Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria; Groom, prioritize, and manage project backlogs based on business value and input from Agile Team and Product Development; Provide iterative feedback on development activities within the Scrum practice; Participate in Agile team functions such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and product showcases; Demonstrate produced value from completed sprints to the business and relevant stakeholders; Communicate and manage expectations on product progress within respective verticals to DPMs and stakeholders; Drive activities to increase adoption of assigned products, such as developing content, tools, and training; Support assigned products by providing needed market and solution information to support marketing programs, events, and business operations; Champion Agile processes from the product team to meet business commitments; Own product vision and exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement and innovation; Position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tele-working option currently available for this position; Please contact Employer for complete and most recent teleworking policy details. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelors degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or any IT related field, any Engineering / Technology field, or related Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the job offered. Knowledge: Understanding of digital product development processes, including product roadmap planning, user story development, and backlog management. Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Familiarity with solution architecture concepts and the ability to work collaboratively with Solution Architects. Understanding of market and solution information gathering techniques to support marketing programs and business operations. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve prioritized issues and drive product improvements. Proficiency in producing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development activities. Ability to prioritize and manage project backlogs based on business value and input from Agile teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of assigned products through content development, tools creation, and training activities. Abilities: Ability to work closely with Digital Product Managers and Solution Architects to understand product vision and drive product development activities. Strong leadership skills to champion Agile processes and ensure business commitments are met. Capacity to own product vision and exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement and innovation. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
