The ideal candidate demonstrates the following core competencies: Omni-Channel Campaign Management: Oversees the execution, and optimization of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including web, social media, email, mobile, and emerging channels. Ensures seamless integration and consistency across all touchpoints. Marketing Technology Proficiency: Demonstrates proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Utilizes technology to streamline marketing processes, personalize patient experiences, and measure campaign effectiveness. Project Management Skills. Effectively plans, executes, monitors and controls projects to achieve specific goals and deliverables while efficiently using resources and adhering to deadlines. Performance Analytics and Reporting: . Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provides regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for optimization. Accountability Demonstrates ownership, commitment and follow through in achieving results. Collaboration and Teaming. Works well across functions and groups; champions best practices. Attention to Quality and Accuracy. Produces documents, communications and other outcomes that are accurate and complete Results and Performance Driven. The Role: In a Nutshell As a Digital Marketing Specialist at TimeDoc Health, you will play a vital role in executing digital marketing initiatives to drive lead acquisition, elevate brand awareness, and promote TimeDoc's position as a thought leader in the growing Virtual Care Management industry. Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Operations, you will focus on implementing digital strategies and leveraging marketing technology to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities: Digital Strategy/Web, Acquisition Marketing, Engagement Build, test and optimize cross channel marketing campaigns including content, SEO/SEM, earned media, and paid advertisements to drive lead acquisition and qualification, and elevate our brand awareness Partner with SVP, Commercial Operations, to create and deliver high-impact, measurable results for digital marketing programs. Marketing Technology & Operations Assist in development and maintenance of the TimeDoc Health website and digital experience. Work closely with the sales team to increase the quality and quantity of inbound leads, own the lead scoring / nurture SOPs, definitions, and programs Manage digital platforms and digital production capabilities, for example: CRM technology (Salesfoce), Marketing automation (hubspot), Website (Wordpress), as well as social media and analytics. Analytics/Data Support marketing analytics and reporting capabilities in partnership with SVP Marketing Provide regular insights for executive leadership reporting. Team & Functional Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans and initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with vendors and agencies for project execution. Requirements: 3+ years in B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS and Services) Healthcare Services Experience Proven experience executing on critical Marketing operations and processes, including lead management (scoring), database management, segmentation, email marketing, and analytics. Experience using Salesforce, including creating and maintaining campaigns, and utilizing reports to track marketing performance Experience with SEO and tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. Experience with Wordpress, including content updates and ensuring ongoing website maintenance Advanced Level at HubSpot, including administration, automations, campaigns, emails, landing pages, lists, integrations with external tools, etc. Experience and familiarity with research and analysis of data and the ability to design, produce and interpret data Customer-centric - always seeks to optimize customer ease of access/experience. Highly collaborative; proven track record of working effectively as part of an experienced, diverse team and successfully advocating for strong ideas. Digital marketing experience - marketing automation, landing pages, A/B testing, CRM-journeys for lead capture, nurturing and conversion. Track record of managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and MarTech Tools (ABM) Advanced Level at Salesforce - including Campaigns, integrations with marketing platforms, APIs, etc Advanced Level at SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads Advanced Level at Wordpress, including integrations with forms and other plugins Process-focused approach with desire to roll-up your sleeves and solve problems Strong communication and performance measurement skills Bachelor's degree required We offer: Evergrowing benefits - health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays, 401K, and much more coming soon!
