Role Overview: We’re seeking a Digital Marketer who excels at driving lead generation, funnel management, and paid ad campaigns. If you’re a performance-driven marketer with a knack for Meta and TikTok ads, and love the challenge of scaling sales pipelines, this role is for you. You’ll be at the helm of our clients’ growth journeys, optimizing every stage from lead acquisition to sales conversion. What You’ll Do: • Manage the entire lead generation process from Meta and TikTok ads to CRM and email follow-up.• Create, test, and optimize engaging ad creatives that drive conversions across social platforms.• Oversee sales funnel management , building out end-to-end funnels for webinars, online courses, and membership programs.• Leverage tools like Go High Level, EverWebinar, and WebbyApp to create seamless, automated workflows.• Streamline the sales pipeline and booking systems, ensuring leads are properly nurtured.• Organize and optimize assets and processes to ensure efficient campaign management.• Handle hundreds of daily leads , prioritizing timely follow-up and nurturing to convert them into clients. Skills We’re Looking For: • Proven success with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, copywriting, and sales funnels.• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing automation.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to design and optimize workflows.• A growth-oriented mindset and an ability to scale lead generation.
