With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add an Digitial Marketing Associate to our team in the Smithtown office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with LinkedIn and a knack for social media and email engagement. They must be able to multi-task and have a detail-oriented mindset as they will be responsible for working with senior leadership and the sales team as "the external voice" on lead-generation and nurturing campaigns engaging with B2B prospects across a range of verticals. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Digital Platform Execution: Work primarily within Arrow's digital platforms, with a concentration in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Content Creation : Write & craft high-quality copy, visual social cards & GIFS for social media and email campaigns, with an opportunity to expand across other mediums. Brand Voice: Maintain the company's brand voice and messaging across all communications. Social Media Best Practices: Understand and seek to exploit communication and engagement algorithms to refine the effectiveness of the campaigns. Campaign Support: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing creative input and copy that supports campaign goals. Analytics: Detailed reporting & KPI analysis with the purpose of delivering actionable lead & intent insights to the sales team. WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) pursuant to the below. 2-5 years of proven work or freelance experience with LinkedIn a must; experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar) highly recommended; experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo highly recommended. Confident writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to craft content for different audiences and purposes. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content. Meticulous attention to detail with strong multi-tasking organizational skills. Ability to work and accept constructive guidance in a team environment. A willingness to learn & grow with the role and expand into new areas of Marketing as Arrow continues to grow. Compensation Range: $65,000- $76,000 Annually Founded in 1985, we have perfected our approach to high quality security.
