Job Description Are you a Dietitian-nutritionist wishing to exploit your knowledge of nutrition and your interest in marketing and communication in an enterprising business environment? Do you also care about issues related to sustainable development, including ethical, healthy and local food? At Aramark, we need you! We are looking for a District Marketing Manager, responsible for: Maintain our marketing, communication, health & well-being, and sustainability initiatives and programs; Assist in sales growth and value creation for our partners; Support customer retention and loyalty; Improve the health of the ARAMARK brand. The position requires you to be fluently Bilingual (English and French). Job Responsibilities • Oversee the execution of marketing programs, campaigns and promotions, consumer engagement activities, merchandising and growth plans. • Create and implement traditional, digital and social media marketing content, as well as creative resources as required. • Train operations teams to ensure strategic merchandising tactics, planograms and price updates are tracked. • Support the plan for the mobilization of new accounts in the district. • Support regional implementation of culinary, health and wellness and sustainability programs: • Ensure that managers and employees are trained to deliver these programs. • Personalize and develop nutrition and sustainability education materials for consumers. • Assists managers in developing menus, selecting and placing products and pricing strategies that support holy and local procurement objectives as required. • Carry out, monitor and apply corrective actions on welfare and sustainability standards, through audits, site visits and action plans. Qualifications Degree in nutrition, dietetics or an equivalent discipline; Demonstrate a strong interest in marketing and sustainable development; Requires a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle – travel within the territory is 60% to 80% of.
