Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson has a Full-Time Cook position open! The Cook’s responsibilities include some of the following: · Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.· Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.· Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.· Monitor and adjust heat controls, as necessary. Able to re-calibrate thermometers as needed.· Ensure kitchen and dining room area is clean and sanitized.
