You are responsible for ensuring our residents have meals that have been prepared based on special diets and needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Transport hot and cold foods to residents Wash and store kitchen equipment Maintain kitchen equipment and work area in a safe and sanitary condition Clean and wash equipment to include utensils.
