JOB SKILLS/DUTIES OF A DIETARY AIDE * Dietary Aides provide excellent customer service to residents and family members to enhance resident satisfaction and the overall dining experience. * Serve food and beverages in dining room in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences. * Assist in scheduled cleaning duties and dishwashing * Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room as instructed. Deliver trays and food carts to designated areas. * Dietary Aides distribute and collect menus as needed. * Prepare and deliver snacks, beverages, etc. as instructed * Perform other duties as assigned
