Villa Saint Joseph DIETARY AIDE (Occasional) The position consists of setting up the dining room, serving our residents, washing dishes, washing pots & cleaning the kitchen for the next shift, required. Dietary Aide job duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities below: Primary Responsibilities: Weekends and Holidays Required. Fill in when FT staff call out, sick or on vacation. Serving dining room tables. Communicating resident requests with the cook-supervisor. Stocking refrigerators. Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces. Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (Toasters, Coffee Makers, Steamtables, Plate Warmers, etc.). Taking and recording temperatures of food and refrigeration. Dishwashing. Pot washing. Taking out trash. Sweeping/mopping floors. Putting orders away. Cleaning assignments as directed. Lifting 20lbs Position Requirements: High School diploma/GED.
