Our client is a dynamic manufacturer that specialises in Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, and Joists. They are looking for a design manager to lead their collaborative team. As the Design Manager you will: Ensure that designs and quotations are produced on time. Overseeing the design processes. backssing production/manufacturing non: conformance or changes affecting truss/joist or timber frame design. Site support and managing queries on designs, installations, or remedies if required. Issuing design calculations and construction layouts to customers. Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Coaching, mentoring, and performance management. They are looking for: Knowledge in CAD. Ability to take a design from concept to completion. Team management experience. Self: motivated with excellent prioritisation skills. Effective team working and communication skills. What they are offering: Monthly performance bonus.
