The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires a professional engineer with a strong background in stormwater management, design milestones, technical specifications, contract documents, and design reviews. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of engineering projects, including but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, and team oversight.2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.3. Lead project design reviews and ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.4. Oversee the preparation of technical specifications and contract documents, ensuring that all documents are accurate and compliant with industry standards.5. Work closely with the engineering team to manage and oversee all aspects of stormwater management.6. Monitor project budgets and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget constraints.7. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure that all project objectives are met.8. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.9. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.2. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience within water resources engineering.4. Proven experience in managing and overseeing stormwater projects.5. Strong knowledge of design milestones, technical specifications, and contract documents.6. Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews and managing project budgets.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.10. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.11.
