This full-time position offers the flexibility of optional remote work and is designed for a legal professional with a graduate degree and experience in public agency legal matters.Duties:Oversee the management of PRA (Public Records Act) services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.Provide expert legal counsel on e-discovery issues, including the management and analysis of electronic data.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop efficient workflows for handling PRA requests and e-discovery processes.Train and guide team members on legal standards and procedures related to PRA and e-discovery.Develop policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.Engage with clients to address complex legal inquiries and provide strategic solutions.Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in public records law and electronic discovery.Requirements:Graduate degree in law (Juris Doctor preferred) from an accredited institution.Proven experience in PRA services and e-discovery processes.Strong understanding of public agency legal frameworks and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent graduate degree in law.Certifications:Active membership in the state bar where the position is located is preferred.Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.Familiarity with e-discovery tools and legal technology solutions.Commitment to inclusiveness and respect for diverse perspectives in the workplace.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible work arrangements, including optional remote work.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment that values diversity.This position presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic legal practice, focusing on PRA services and e-discovery counsel.
