If you have what it takes to become part of the Vistra family and would like to start a promising career with a global leader, take a look at the exciting employment opportunities that are currently available and apply online.Job SummaryThis Department Coordinator assists the Plant Support Engineering team with various administrative tasks.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains the calendar; coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms and equipment for the group supported. Prepares agendas and data packages for key station meetings. Takes notes and provides summaries of select meetings. Maintains departmental files, dispositions, transmittals and records. Gathers, compiles and summarizes information for various special projects and conducts special studies as required. Maintains and restocks work group office supplies. Assists with database entry and updates for employee job transitions. Proctors training tests for the Engineering team and as others as needed. Provides supplemental support for Emergency Response Organization and Outages. Other tasks as assigned.KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or a High school diploma and 6 years equivalent related work experience in area of technical expertiseKey Metrics Ability to handle multiple project and assignments simultaneously.
