Position Overview The practice is looking for a dedicated general dentist to start immediately. With deep roots in the community, this office boasts a loyal patient base and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality general restorative dentistry Collaborate with a supportive and experienced staff Maintain a patient-first approach in all interactions Help manage and oversee clinical operations Practice Information Office Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Thursday, 8 AM - 2 PM Team: 3 full-time hygienists, 3 assistants, front desk staff, and a manager Patient Demographics: Primarily fee-for-service with limited PPOs Equipment All digital iTero Scanner and Conebeam Compensation Base Salary: $200k - $250k per year Sign-On Bonus: $10k for full-time dentists Expected Hours: 32 40 hours per week Requirements DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Commitment to patient care and quality-driven dentistry Willingness to engage with the Redmond community If you are a quality-driven dentist who always puts the patients needs first, we welcome you to apply with us to learn more about each other.
