We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and lively workplace for our staff.Responsibilities:As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care and educating patients about oral health.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough dental cleanings and oral examinationsApplying preventive treatments such as sealants and fluorideTaking dental radiographs (X-rays)Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniquesMaintaining accurate patient records and updating chartsEnsuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly maintained and sterilizedContributing to a positive and fun office atmosphereQualifications:Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental HygienistStrong clinical and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentPassion for providing exceptional patient carBenefits Offered: Competitive salary ranging from $52 to $58 per hour based on experience Flexible work schedule for full & part time employees Continuing education opportunities Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for career growth and developmentAs a key part of our patient care team, our dental hygienists are offered a substantial benefits package that includes health and dental benefits, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with 4% matching, holiday pay and paid time off, CEs offered at no charge, positive work environment, and hygiene culture coaching.Salary Range: $52-$58 Requisition Number: 3
