We are excited to have you on board and believe you are an integral part of our team’s success. You are also part of our new guaranteed pay program, designed to encourage long-term commitment and provide financial stability. Through this program, we guarantee that you will earn a minimum of $18 per hour, even in a position where pay can fluctuate based on tips. Each week, your total pay is calculated based on your hourly wage, per-run reimbursements, and tips. If your "all-in" pay does not reach $18 per hour, we will make up the difference in your paycheck. Responsibilities: • Check orders before and after drop-off to make sure deliveries are completed correctly• Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experienceAs a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders, contributing to our goal of delivering a top-notch pizza experience every time.• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, providing quality customer service in person or by phone• Ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards and follow proper delivery• procedures• Assist with other workstation duties such as preparing ingredients and taking orders• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions• Support sales efforts by suggestively selling and distributing promotional materials• Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards Qualifications: • Delivery driver or related job experience preferred • Lift at minimum 25 pounds• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in your state of residence and a clean driving record• Must be at least 18 years old• Must possess a valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record• Must be authorized to work in the U.S• Flexible for nights and weekends Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly About Company: Papa John's seeks people who have an entrepreneurial spirit and share our philosophy for success.
