Fred Beans Parts Distribution Center is Immediately hiring a Dealer Sales Representative in Doylestown ,PA! Hours: M- F 8am-5pm Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted Best Places to Work 6 years running and Healthiest Employers for 2021 and 2022! What You'll Do Answer incoming credit inquiry calls by answering questions, taking messages, transferring calls to extensions or voice mail. Data Entry of incoming orders using CDK DMS system Process and follow up phone contacts after initial calls are made if requested. Investigate and process credits requested by customers or returns/claims department. Generate weekly and monthly reports and summaries as designated by management. Support Marketing and Sales staff members by preparing quotations, competitive analyses, pricing comparisons, promotional materials as requested. Assist with general and administrative tasks in support of department managers.
