Our Client has a 24-hour Licensed In-home Group Family Daycare located in the Baychester area of Bronx, NY, and is seeking a Part-Time Daycare Assistant Teacher to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience as a Nanny, Teacher's Aide, Youth Program Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or Healthcare Worker looking to transition into the childcare field. Job Title: PartTime Daycare Assistant Teacher ($16/hr) Location: Baychester, Bronx, NY Position: Daycare Assistant Teacher (Part-Time) Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Parttime (AM and PM shifts available) Morning shift: 7:30 AM 12:30 PM Afternoon shift: 12:30 PM 5:45 PM Afterschool program shift: 2:00 PM 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide child care and supervision to children (ages six weeks to 12 years) Assist with daily activities, personal care (diapering, toileting), meal prep, and maintaining a clean, safe environment Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons based on curriculum objectives Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining order Collaborate with staff and communicate with parents to provide leadership and support Perform additional duties as directed by the Program Provider/Director Qualifications: 1 - 2 years of experience in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting Must have a High School Diploma.
